I am officially a RLT ambassador & recommend Infraredi panels to anyone who will listen! Not even exaggerating😂 I have ordered two Infraredi panels for my family & received great service, shipping, and find the quality of these medical grade panels to be outstanding. I have the Flex Mini & love the portability, powerful wattage, 5-wavelengths of targeted light. I have treated my whole family who all instantly felt benefits; cognitive to joint pain in 5-10-min of irradiance.
The included tabletop stand is handy & portable, but I mounted mine to a VESA computer monitor & can position it anywhere needed. As soon as budget permits, I’ll order a full-body setup, shoulder-to-shoulder, toes-to-eyes, for time savings… the Mini is awesome & powerful but the math of area to time = 40-60 mins for a true full-body treatment. It is targeted after all. Studies have shown the energizing effects of just 3-mins of irradiance exposure last up to a week. And daily use before sunrise to yield maximum benefit.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
