The device is great and functions as advertised. For my condition of ME/CFS - an energy deficit disorder, I use it lying down on the floor when I am resting. I am mindful to not block the vents and fortunately there are not vents on the long sides. Also the machine is light enough for me to move into the horizontal position from the vertical as needed., but a handle or loop on the top and sides may help with moving the device. The instructions on how to set programs could be in more detail with step by step instructions on what to push first second etc to set machine to different settings. I still do not know if the Pulse setting is working. I had sent an email requesting clarification but received no reply. Packaging and delivery were great. It will take some time for me to learn is this device is of benefit for my severe ME/CFS.

I have used my Infraredi pro mini everyday since I received it. I love it so much I ordered one for my daughter. I use for my arthritis, for my psoriasis, plantar fasciitis and just to improve my skin overall. I have also encompassed it into my nightly bedtime ritual. I cannot speak highly enough of it. Overall it has helped me achieve a better sense of wellness in general.
