I have been using the Infraredi Pro for six months now, and it has helped a great deal with neck pain, lower back pain, and also blemishes on my arms and face have faded away.
Sleeping has improved as well. Use in the first thing in the morning, doing some neck exercises at the same time and again just before going to bed.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
