Once I figured out that to turn on the unit it requires a light touch on the on - off switch and not to hold the button down to activate it I was away to the races. I’ve had knee replacement surgery and awaiting hip surgery-this unit helps reduce the pain for me after use. Helps me to sleep at night. Stand enables you to slide on wood floor and perhaps view your TV (with glasses) while having a session rather than staring at a wall. Great unit!

I have been using the belt daily and noticed a change in reduced pain in my right hip and right side pain! After 3 days. My hubby has been using the mini cause I travel away from home and he uses it every day as seen in the picture. He says it's helped the arthritis in his back and elbow. So happy I gave it a try.
The only issue is the belt Velcro is backwards, should not rub the hard bristles against skin so I just don't use it as a belt I place it on the area when I go to sleep. Works fine that way

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
This depends on the condition you are treating. For most conditions, daily use for at least four weeks is recommended. Please head to our blog for a more in depth answer.
