I’ve used other near- infrared light machines before but this is my first home-based, exclusive to me machine. I put my knee wrap on every night and sometimes mornings. I am a pickleball player and avid hunter. I am sitting in my blind right now and after putting the wrap on last night, I had a great nights sleep, which helps me not fall asleep while sitting where I am, and I don't have any knee pain this morning. I have had pain off and on for two years and Infraredi has made a huge difference. Now if only it could call a moose to me.

Does red light therapy work through clothes?
Yes and no. Red Light therapy does not penetrate through clothing or bandages as it visible to the eye. However near infrared light, which is invisible to the eye, will penetrate through clothes and many bandages and dressings.
How often do I need to use red light therapy?
