I've been using the wrap every day for past 3 weeks. I have tendonitis in my wrist and feeling more flexibility and less pain. I still have a long road to healing but am definitely feeling a difference. I am waking up with less aches as well. Definitely recommended and worth the investment.

I just loved it, the wrap works fine to warp your foot, back, shoulder, leg.

I have been using this wrap on my knees for a month now and all I can say is that my knees are. So much better. I put it on twice a day and it is so good because I can pull trousers or a skirt over it and no one woukd know it is there I used to walk down stairs backwards because of pain but in the last week I am walking down normally again and the pain is now minimal. I am going to buy another now that I know it works so I can do both knees at the same time.
